テンダーステム®ブロッコリーを洗い、水気をざっと切ってから、肉を全体にらせん状に巻きつける

①を並べ、小麦粉を表面に薄くまぶす

フライパンを熱してサラダ油をひき、テンダーステム®ブロッコリーを入れ、フタをして中弱火で3分蒸し焼きにする

テンダーステム®ブロッコリーの上下を返し、Aをすべて入れ、再びフタをして3分蒸し焼きにする

フタを取り、水分を飛ばしながらしっかり焼き、全体にタレがからんだら火を止める
